Located in historic old town Tustin, The Stevens House is a beautiful home that has been well preserved. This home was constructed using redwood that was shipped all the way from Eureka, California. Built to stand the test of time, the home is in its original condition. Once surrounded by avocado groves, this home stayed in the family until the year 1980. This home is very unique and was designed in the Queen Anne Victorian style.
The Pankey Residence
Another beautiful home that is located in historic old town Tustin, the Pankey Residence was built in 1928. The home was constructed in California Monterey style and is just as beautiful as the day it was built. A well-built home, some of the walls of the house are 18 inches thick. A towering massive native sycamore tree stands over the house and was already growing when the home was built. The home and the land around it was once owned by the Spanish and was purchased during the Spanish Land Grant in the 1860s. Now it’s a protected historic site that is cherished by many people in the community.
